Refunds and cancellations
This page summarises our refund and cancellation policies. The full legal terms are set out in sections 6.5 and 6.6 of our Terms and Conditions.
Right of withdrawal (consumer purchases)
If you purchased as a consumer, EU law gives you 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the contract, no reason needed. To do so, send a written notice to info@wearefoiling.com within that window. Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us, unused, in original packaging and resalable condition. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error. We’ll refund the purchase price plus standard delivery within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. A model withdrawal form is available on request and will also appear during checkout.
Cancellations by Foiling Week
We may cancel an experience, clinic, workshop, or activity if the minimum number of participants isn’t reached, up to 7 days before the scheduled date. We may also cancel, postpone, or modify any activity up to 48 hours before it starts (or at any point if needed) due to adverse weather, unsafe conditions, force majeure, or any situation that could put participants, staff, or equipment at risk.
If we cancel, you’ll be offered one of the following: a place in an alternative session, a voucher for a future activity, or a full refund of what you paid for the cancelled experience.
We are not liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs you may have incurred in connection with a cancelled or modified activity.
